Shipping Information

At Dealer Direct Cabinets, we offer flexible shipping options to best accommodate your needs. Please review the following options carefully before placing your order:

  1. Customer Pickup (Free) – Dexter, MI
    Customers are welcome to pick up their orders directly from our warehouse in Dexter, MI, at no additional cost.
  • Pickup Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Once your order is ready, we will notify you via email or phone with pickup instructions.
  • Please bring a suitable vehicle for transportation, as our team cannot assist with securing the load.
  • Inspect all items before leaving. We are not responsible for damages after the order has left our facility.
  1. Local Delivery (Limited Area)
    We offer local delivery within a 60-mile radius for a standard fee of $200. Additional mileage rates will vary.
  • Delivery is curbside, and it is at the driver's discretion whether to bring the items into the first room of the house.
  • The recipient may or may not be present during the delivery.
  • If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, they must inspect the items and report any damage or missing items within 3 days of delivery. After this period, Dealer Direct Cabinets is not responsible for any damages or missing items.
  • If the items do not fit assembled and require redelivery, redelivery fees may apply and will not be covered by Dealer Direct Cabinets.
  1. Customer-Arranged Freight Shipping
    For customers outside our local delivery zone, you may arrange freight shipping independently.
  • Orders will be palletized and prepared for pickup from our warehouse.
  • Customers are responsible for coordinating pickup with their chosen freight carrier, including scheduling and ensuring proper transportation.
  • Dealer Direct Cabinets uses R&L Carriers for freight shipping and can provide freight pricing upon request.
  • Freight claims must be handled directly with the shipping carrier, unless using Dealer Direct Cabinets' freight shipping, in which case we will assist in resolving issues.
